Registration

The participation fee includes access to the scientific programme on both congress days. Coffee breaks and lunch are complimentary.

To ensure we can correctly allocate your payment, please make sure to include your full name (first and last name) during the payment process. The invoice amount (including any Congress Party fee(s)) must be paid within 28 days of the invoice date.
Important: To benefit from the early bird rate, the invoice amount must be paid by 15.01.2026.

The congress has limited seating capacity, so we strongly encourage delegates to register in advance to avoid disappointment.

Cancellation policy (written request required):
Registered participants who are unable to attend the congress will be refunded the paid fees minus a € 100 processing fee, provided that written notification of cancellation is received by the conference secretariat before 13 April 2026
Cancellations received after this date are non-refundable, but a replacement participant may attend in your place. Please contact us in advance if this applies.
